Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or exclude the application of any mandatory consumer laws in the jurisdiction in which you reside. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.
As used in this Agreement, "you" or "your" refers to the individual user who interacts with our Services; if such user is under 13 years of age, "you" or "your" refers to the user on whose behalf the user is entering into this Agreement. We retain all rights to our intellectual property rights. If you repeatedly violate this Agreement, such as infringing our intellectual property rights, Code of Conduct or third party rights, we reserve the right to take adverse action against you, including but not limited to: suspending your access to some or all of the Services, Virtual Items and/or your access to your account; close your account in accordance with the termination provisions below; bar you from creating an account or accessing the Services in the future; or taking appropriate legal action to enforce this Agreement or our other rights under applicable law.
We may make updates or upgrades to the Service that may be necessary for your continued use of the Service, including automatic or "background" updates, without notice to you. Such updates are subject to this Agreement unless other terms are accompanied by the update, in which case the other terms apply. We have no obligation to provide any updates. Unless we have made a statement regarding compatibility, we do not guarantee that we will support the system or device version for which you license, obtain or purchase any portion of the Services.
